  • Obtained his Masters of Accountancy in 1994 and his B.S.B.A. in Finance in 1993.
  • Has served in a financial capacity for multiple non-profit organizations in the past, including as Treasurer for the Care Net Pregnancy Center of Albuquerque and on the Finance Committee of First Baptist Church of Rio Rancho.
  • Was ordained as a Deacon at First Baptist Church of Rio Rancho
 

Dick Polk

  • A retired businessman who was Vice President of the Board of Directors for a successful company in Houston.
  • He oversaw the business development of a multi-million dollar company.
  • Has extensive world travel experience and business contacts.
  • Currently involved in the evangelistic ministry “Fisherman of Men”
  • Involved in leadership with Greater Houston Camp Association for over 15 years.
  • Has a heart for students and a passion for missions.
  • Is actively involved at his home church in Humble, TX.
 

Kit J. Collins

  • Graduate of Baylor University with degree in Finance
  • Currently in the banking industry in the DFW area
  • Has extensive camp recreation experience. He helped develop the POM camp recreation program. He has trained, mentored, encouraged & equipped local leadership to be self sufficient and successful for future camps.
  • Has served as the recreation director for Press On Mission evangelistic camps in Cuba and Brazil
  • Was the Assistant Recreation Director for his church's preteen camp for 4 years.
  • Has participated in mission trips for over 8 years in the Valley of Texas and Matamoras.
  • Grew up going to youth camps (7th-12th grades)
 

Larry Diagle

  • Currently serves on staff with International Commission as the VP of the Area Strategy Team for Africa
  • 9+ years experience serving on staff as a Youth Minister in the local church. He currently serves on staff as a Youth Minister in Texas.
  • Has served as the Assistant Director of the Greater Houston Camp Association since 2007.
  • Helped to establish the vision and lay the groundwork for the youth camp work in Cuba.
  • Helped to establish and/or strengthen teenage camps in Cuba: (Moa: 2004 & 2005) (Camaguey: 2006)
  • Traveled to Costa Rica to help establish the ground work for a youth camp (2007).
  • Has given leadership to youth and preteen camps for over 10 years.
  • Has been involved in mission work in the Valley of Texas and Matamoras since 1994.
  • Went to youth camp as a high school student.
 

Charles Hill

  • Currently serves as the Camp Director for Chaparral Baptist Encampment in Texas
  • 12+ years experience serving on staff as a Youth Minister in the local church.
  • Served as the Camp Director at the Green Country Baptist Assembly in Oklahoma. He has served as its director for 4 years.
  • Served as the Camp Director (2006) and Assistant Camp Director (2005) for the Greater Houston Camp Association
  • Help to establish and/or strengthen teenage camps in Cuba: (Moa: 2004 & 2005) (Camaguey: 2006)
  • Served and led youth groups to conduct mission work in the Valley of Texas and Matamoras
  • Grew up as a student going to camp. God redirected his life while attending a youth camp.
 
  • Rick J. CollinsPresident of Press On Missions (which he helped to establish in 2007)
  • On staff with International Commission since 2009 as their Camp Consultant
  • Served 24 years on staff in the local church as a Youth Minister (+ over 2 years as a Leadership Pastor)
  • Established Evangelistic youth camps in Cuba, Brazil, Costa Rica & Paraguay
  • Trained youth camp leadership in Costa Rica, Venezuela and Brazil
  • Served as Youth Camp Director
    • 1990-2005  Greater Houston Camp Association
    • 1987-1989  Colorado Baptist State Youth Camp
    • 1983-1989  Recreation Director for GHCA
  • Trained & equipped students for mission work in the Valley of Texasand Matamoras,    Mexico  (1990 - 2005)
  • Founder / developer / writer for the Cutting Edge Youth Ministry Resources. It currently has 8 youth camp studies available. Some are now available in Spanish & Portuguese (These are made available at no cost to developing countries and missionaries.)
