POM works with strategic leaders in other countries to help them reach the lost teens in their communities through establishing evangelistic youth camps (E-Camps). The majority of these E-Camps take place at the local church. POM also supports Baptist Conventions in their E-camp efforts.
These camps are also designed to strengthen Christian teens in their walk with the Lord. A Follow-up program, provided by POM, helps local church leaders in connecting new believes to the local church and discipling them as new believers. POM also supports Baptist Conventions in their Discipleship efforts.
POM places a priority on equipping, challenging, encouraging & mentoring youth ministry leaders.
POM believes in multiplication. Our projects model doing projects with local leaders and not for local leaders. A major goal in every project is to mentor leaders to make them self- sustaining for future projects. We also encourage leaders to “Pay it Forward” by taking their trained leaders to help a sister church establish an E-camp to reach the lost teens in their community.
